DISCOUNT HOME SALES

Approximately 10 years ago we added a parts department to our sales location. We did this as a result of having so many requests for parts based on the number of used homes we sold. We recently relocated the parts department to the front office and now offer a more comprehensive array of manufactured home parts.

We stock anything from the smallest side walls screws to doors and windows of all sizes. We have a large selection of plumbing and electrical parts and have trucks coming in weekly if we should need to special-order a part.

For contractors we stock all set up materials and offer a contractors discount. All customers who purchase a home from us are eligible for a 10% discount on their parts purchases as long as they own their home.

Our parts dept is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm and on Sat from 9am to 1pm.
