Clayton Home of Enterprise acquired Discount Home Sales in April of 2024 but was  locally owned and operated company since 1990. The current general manager Steve Nagy was the owner since 1990 and takes a very active role in the day to day operations. We strive to offer the very best customer service to our customers. Steve has served on the Alabama Manufactured Housing Association for many years but recently stepped away.  We strive to make the buying decision as easy as possible for you, our customer.
