The prior owner Steve Nagy is still here as the general manager meaning that the homes we carry and the experience you receive will always be no pressure, knowledgable, but most of all helpful to your wants and needs. Every Clayton dealer is operated independently which is why most all of the same staff is here. 

     As for some history, Discount Homes Sales of Enterprise Alabama was established in March of 1985. Its current owner Steve Nagy took over in November of 1990. Discount Home Sales truly lives up to its Mission Statement of Quality at an Affordable Price. We offer a wide selection of both new and used manufactured homes. We are one of the only dealers in the area that offer inhouse setup and inhouse service after the sale.We service lower Alabama with some of the best homes for the money you can spend.

Summer hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

Winter hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm
